Yeah she'll get massive mate, her test levels will be as high as most men's owing to training and exercising and doing that many bicep curls she'll get arnie sized guns from what I hear. I think she should also cut out on the lettuce and just drink protein shakes instead.

I doubt she'll have to worry about getting any muscle from curling 3kg. If she wants to 'tone' which is actually impossible, I assume she means firm up, I would suggest a class ran at your local gym. Tell her to do a combination of light chest press and light seated row. As most women worry about wobbly arms.

lol i had initially thought at first it was a ****take, however on here we do get the few specials! anybody who believes they can tone muscle has to be instantly corrected!:p
 
And Freefaller, I hope you're not going to waste time doing your legs

You don't need to spend time on your legs, why bother when you can spend that extra time on your biceps doing more curls


Remember that by doing squating with heavy weights builds mass all over,squating is one of the best mass builders,never neglect your legs!

I think ill stick to bench press, never seen three girls in a playground doing that....

i used to compete in boxing a lot when i was in my 20s,you need to skip for rhythm,timing and explosive footwork...its also a great way to burn calories without going anywhere :)


P.S. Cant you tell im bored...LoL
 
Oh dear the lols :D

I've got a lot of stairs at work and I'm up and down them all day. Do I still need to do these squat things? I'm really just interested in getting a bigger chest and arms.

PS. Tone is used to describe the amount of muscle fibers constantly recruited to maintain posture and stability. It isn't a nonsense word, it's just used in the wrong context

God how cool would it be though to get as big as I have without doing any exercise?! :D

I think you've missed the off-the-scale sarcasm used in the thread. You are aware there exists other exercises which build leg muscles besides squats, these sometimes cant be performed for various reasons. I for example perform 100reps of lying hamstring curls twice daily with ankle bag weights attached, my legs are HUOOOOGE!
