My prediction:

Bourne would snap Bauer's neck after a huge cross-city brawl of epic proportions like when the Chicken brawls with Peter in Family Guy

But then, out of nowhere Chuck Norris would arrive and a third fist that comes out, literally, from his beard would smack Bourne by surprise and he too would die from the knock out blow.
 
you may think Jack couldn't force his between rounds towel down Jason Bourne's throat, but he could, and then he'd pull it out, taking Bourne's stomach lining with it....

Not only would Jack beat Bourne but he'd coerce him into admitting he was secretly a member of a terrorist cell who were as they fought plotting to hit a major US target. Jack Bauer would spend the rest of the day tracking down those involved and making them suffer.

Chuck Norris is a pussy. I could take him easy.
 
Bauer would not win simply because he's not as fast as Bourne, watch them fight in side by side windows.

It also doesn't help since now Bauer has (an issue -ed) so any effort at arranging a cage match in the future will lose him some skillpoints.

Bourne can kill a man with a book too....

Bourne. That is, unless, Bauer's mates come along with their nuclear powered laptops that never seem to need recharging and kill Bourne with them.

I've not paid so much attention to the second two films, so maybe Bourne improved, but the fight scenes in the first Bourne film were horribly sped up in parts.
 
Everyone knows its James Bond vs Jack Bauer vs Jason Bourne.

Theres something about the English speaking psyche that non super power wielding heroes must have the initials JB. Its a must. For the same reason people collectively now want their heroes to have a weight on their conscience. Just compare the new Bond and the old ones. Since when did Bond feel bad about killing bad guys?

I'm telling you its scary how the suits can read our desires - or create them whichever comes first.
