Jack Daniels

Jim Beam is drinkable, JD is the worst drink made after Stella.

Gonna have to disagree with you on that one. JD is a great whiskey, as is Jim Beam....if you want a bad whiskey then take a shot of Ten High...omg I actually nearly vomited after the first shot. That stuff is like gasoline

Just back from the pub. I had a couple of Jim Beam's, very nice. I'm also partial to Woodford Reserve and Bulleit Bourbon. All of which are superior to Jack Daniels, in my opinion of course :).

You boys tried JD, SC and lemonade? As in, shot of JD, shot of SC and lemonade mixer? Suprisingly nice.

Yup it's not bad...but there's something about SoCo I don't like...to sweet or something...almost like a liqueur

Aye it's too sweet for me, almost sickly sugary sweet. But not bad with JD as mentioned.

Still doesn't make that much sense. He didn't say anything about real men...

[edit]Ah, I see. You think fools who drink a disgusting drink neat qualify as real men?

Disgusting , in your opinion.

Bourbon/Whisky shandy is not my thing

I went to my aunt's house and she offered me a drink - anything I liked from the drinks cabinet...so I chose some JD little knowing she had nothing to mix it with!

I ended up drinking some neat, then though screw it - I wonder what this tastes like with mango juice...

Answer: not the best thing in the world...

I got a small flask free a couple of years ago as part of a promotion. Buy two shots get a flask free (none of that voucher nonsense either). Last week I got a nice Jack Daniels money clip through the post, not bad as far as freebies go especially when you weren't expecting it :)

If we are going to talk about surprisingly nice mixtures you wouldn't expect I'd offer up Canadian Club and ginger ale, I'd never had it before this summer but it is quite enjoyable for a few drinks but it does get a bit sickly.

I think I've also mentioned this before but if a bar runs out of Desperados(no idea why you'd really want to drink it in the first place but nevermind) then try a Corona with a shot of Southern Comfort poured into it, doesn't taste bad at all and far better than Corona and tequila that was the other option.

Those who like (good) Whisky/Whiskey/Bourbon can I recommend http://www.thedrinkshop.com - EXTREMELY good selection of all the above including some special versions/rarer sorts :D

Im rather fond of jack silver select - bout twice the price of standard but its good to break out at home with company :D

If thats links bad feel free to take it down and very sorry :)
