Missed Monday and Wednesday as I was in Sweden for work.

Week 5 -Fri 14 th (B)

5x5x60kg Finally got to use two 20 kg plates :) Considering how hard the 50 kgs were it all seems a bit easier now. I think I may make it to bw before I fail.

1x3x70kg Felt a strain on the right side of my stomach muscle from this so dropped the weight down. I guess my core is letting me down a bit here.

Poor session as the gym was very busy. However, getting close to bw on the squat.

A hard session today. Left the gym feeling like I had worked for it.

Week 6 - Fri 21 th (A)

5x5x67.5kg - Starting to get heavy. A bit left yet I think.

Week 7 -Mod 24 th (B)

5x5x70kg - this was very hard. Nearly failed a few times. Saying that I have been ill these last few days so that didn't help.

DL - my legs were tired here and form was very poor. I started with a warm up of 60 kg but didn't feel this went well enough to do 70 kg so just worked on form.

So I haven't updated this since I went on holiday at the end of June. Had 3 weeks away and then pulled my back in the garden so lost another 2 weeks. Since then I have had regular 3 sessions a week.

Current 5x5 lifts are;

Squats 75 kg
OHP 35 kg
DL 90 kg
BP 55 kg - this seems to be getting harder : /
BOR became one arm DP rows at 27.5 kg - just cant get the form right
chin ups still 5x5
added dips which tend to be 5, 5, 4, 3, 3

weight 71.6 kg

May add some pics as a comparison later. Not sure if I will maintain the log as I seem to be managing without now that my weights are closer to max. I feel I have a lot of room left in the squat and DL now. Seem to have push past a barrier with these as within a week they both got easy.
