i think a mod should take down the reference to his address on the first page...

and jeez guys, you're all ripping him for being a geek etc. but wake up and smell the coffee, you're on a forum based prodominantly around overclocking computers... its one of the nerdiest hobbies around!!! the only reason he is getting slagged is cuz he isn't hiding behind a forum nickname!

i bet a good shed load of people on this forum are a hell of a lot nerdier than he is! - you know i'm right!

I'm a geek but if I were to make a video it'll be

a) PC's, this is how you do something
and not
b) About nuclear fusion, this is how it works, and whilst doing so pretend I know it all.

I know naff all about nuclear fusion. If I were to make a video about nuclear fusion I would expect scientists to rip it apart and call me a moron.

However, I really hope all this hype and attention doesn't put the guy off making more videos. They really are awesome.

Principle mate, principle. He put it on by accident because he's a numpty, but personal information like that still deserves to be treated with respect. But let me guess, you'd ge 100% fine with people re-posting your home address on the internet. I'd be peed off.

No mate im well aware there are a lot of warriors on here. All im saying is the chap obviously felt the need to broadcast his address for some reason knowing we were all watching. And the chances of someone on this internet forum for overclocking computers actually acting on it is slim to nil. Thats all.

Ok mate i'm not attacking you personally... I just think it's all getting a bit out of hand and the bloke, while obviously a numpty or epic proportions, is well-meaning and doesn't really deserve the level of hassle all of this can potentially provide. While the percentage of people who would abuse such info is small, it's still open to abuse and it just doesn't sit right with me. Ahh i'll give it a rest now as I seem to be harping on.
