What a poorly written article, is that actually real? 'slopping out' ?
Slopping out is a real practice that still goes on, I personally think it was decided wrongly and the test case (Robert Napier) should have been thrown out as a matter of public policy but that is neither here nor there now.
As for the original article, it pains me to read the Record but goshdarnit if I don't feel so proud of Dundee right now, that entrepreneurial spirit to take money gifted to you for your time in jail and use it to deal drugs so you can go straight back to jail. Genius.
