For all this though, the acting was particularly meh, and the story/plot couldn't me more cookie-cutter without infringing on Millies copyright.

Yes, it was a little lacking, but even so, I still found it a damn fun experience/flick.

Finally seen this last night in IMAX, the visuals, graphics and effects were amazing. Shame the acting was poor and the story was pretty poor all the same to be honest.
