From my very sketchy memory of a short course of Japanese I did, you pronounce every vowel, usually.

From that I'd say Rebelius is pretty close. I'd go with No-Boo-Ee-Ko Ka-Wah-Mo-To but don't hold me to it

Edit: Although it really should ba "KA-WA" rather than "cow", but that isn't hugely important.

Basically done by pronouncing two letters at a time. so its

No - boo - hee - ko Ka (like in car, without the r) wa ( like the 'va' in 'avant') mo - to (like in tore)
