java applets query

went to do a test on bt and it says You do not have Java applets
enabled in your web browser.but after looking in firefox it is enabled is there something im missing cheers for any advice

You have got Java installed?

Try here http://java.com/en/download it should detect the JRE you have installed, it may just be that the plugin is not correctly installed in FF. The option in the settings is just to allow them, it doesn't mean that the Java Runtime is installed.
