Java Video Capturing Error

I have the latest version of Java and im trying to capture a java video stream using SnagIt - the video on the website plays fine - but when i load SnagIt - the video just stops and gives the below error - therfore its SnagIt causing the error. does anyone know how to resolve this? or get around the problem?

My thought is that the website operator has disabled the option of allowing any capturing program to run on the background - because when i load SnagIt the video stops and just comes up with this error.

anyway of getting around this - or does someone know another capturing program that will capture in these circumstances?
