bakes0310 · 17 Mar 2008 at 19:48

Its gonna be bad, i know when will they learn

Dougsnake · 17 Mar 2008 at 19:55

Pfft once again hollywood is full original ideas

doesnt seem long since roy Scheider passed away as well....
Should leave the original alone and maybe make a sequel jaws 5 or something rather than demolish the original master peice.

Tax Evader · 17 Mar 2008 at 20:08

oops make it jaws 6 then

Grimley · 17 Mar 2008 at 20:23

Unless Spielberg is remaking it will be nothing more than a turkey going straight to one of the obscure sat TV channel films.

[DOD]Asprilla · 17 Mar 2008 at 20:25

Show me proof of this travesty.

Frame352 · 17 Mar 2008 at 21:20

First I've heard of it. Hopefully the last, as the original was a true classic

Jimbeam3678 · 17 Mar 2008 at 22:39

Jesus when will they learn. Leave classics alone! next they'll be remaking top gun or dirty dancing

davethe11 · 17 Mar 2008 at 22:47

their gonna need a bigger budget

Richeh · 17 Mar 2008 at 22:56

Where is your source for this? A quick search on google comes up with nothing apart from random rumours?

Van Hellseek · 18 Mar 2008 at 00:24

The late 2000's will be remembered as "the era they ran out of idea's".

yaboy · 18 Mar 2008 at 00:41

I just had an image of Chris Crocker in my head when you said that

"Leave Classics alone!"

A new top gun style movie would be good, I cant remember the last time there was a good fighter jet movie over then top gun

platypus · 18 Mar 2008 at 10:24

What an insult to the memory of Roy Scheider

.

Snakedoctor · 18 Mar 2008 at 10:27

Perhaps they will CGI the original with AT-AT walkers and flying things which they wanted first time around but could not afford.

Richeh · 18 Mar 2008 at 10:27

As I said a look around google reveals nothing, maybe a friend of a friend?

Don't think there is anything behind this as Jaws is in my top 3 films of all time I would like to think i'd know!

Kanifee · 18 Mar 2008 at 11:21

Hollywood does seem void of new ideas and it isnt doing its reputation a whole lot of good to be hounest.
