Jellyfin Server

What version of Tizen OS are you running ?

Have you got any links to the project or build ?

Presume you built it as per https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-tizen

Many thanks in advance

100 quid LOL .... Those were the days

That's the one yeah. 2022 TV so probably about Tizen 6.5.
It works flawlessly for me, so I've never actually updated it and turned off developer mode after the initial install. Once docker was setup it was a pretty simple install.

I believe I used this project, although it was a few years ago.

Thanks,

Quick GH search and there appears to also be a build repo

No worries :)

I think I tried both installing the development kit ( which required me to use windows ) and then eventually found the docker method which took a lot less faffing about and bypassed installing windows.

Hope it works out for you.

I’ll have a look at some suggestions. Budget is up to £1000. I’ve seen the UGREEN NAS but there maybe other options.

From your last three threads that i've noticed, this '£1000 budget' seems to need to include a server/NAS and storage, a large UPS and generator to run everything for a full 24hrs (the power issue alone would more than drain your entire budget buying new), a replacement MESH set-up, up until it was pointed out that it's your crappy 100mbit USB adapter and 2015 MBP wifi that are the issue. Respectfully, a single post in networks or here would have allowed for a better answer with all the variables in play, but the short version is: Not on that budget in this economy, and certainly not without making some fairly significant compromises.

No problem. I’ll just delete my account.
