This triple WOD got a bit hardcore quickly. WOD1 was difficult to finish, I didn't even make it to the round of 9's with 5 candlesticks left in the round of 15. WOD2 was right up my street and I cycled the barbell well and kept consistent on the pullups to finish in 5:42, a whole 18 seconds before cap . Then came the bad bit, shoulders to overhead was pretty blerg after the previous work and my pistols were absolutely horrendous. I could barely stand up the reps and fell over numerous times. It was a hellish 6 minutes and only completed 17 pistols. My poor legs, send help.
