Thursday was a repeat workout from back in 2017, but I am not too sure when! But I have a sneaky feeling I did much better here.
Warm Up 6:00

12 x Russian KBS (24Kg)
12 x Goblet Squats (24Kg)
12 x Jumping Pullups
The usual, gets us moving about and that blood pumping.
Mobilise and Load Barbells
WOD 40:00
5 x Squat Cleans (80Kg)
5 x Strict Pullups
10 x Squat Cleans (70Kg)
10 x Strict Pullups
20 x Squat Cleans (60Kg)
20 x Strict Pullups
40 x Squat Cleans (40kg)
40 x Handstand Pushups (20Kg Plate Deficit)
The hardest part of this workout was the pullups, after doing so many the previous day it was definitely a test.
Moved quick and as efficient as I could and did the sets of 40 in 5 rep blocks to finish in 22:38. If memory serves me I don't think I finished the Handstand Pushups last time before the cap.
