ok i need a quick answer as im off out in about 30-45mins

ive got an appointment to go into a job agency about a job i applied for through them, are these things formal like an interview or informal? im sort of half dressed tidy and half dressed for summer the moment (tidy trousers and shoes but a summery shirt thats not tucked in on)

my parents dont know so i came to the almighty ocuk forums as my source of information :D

ok first of all... job agencies... dont like them...

but to answer your question... smart casual I think

i'd guess smart casual as well, altho a few years ago when i was going for some factory jobs just for summer I went in in shorts/t-shirt. So i guess it partly depends on what jobs your going for.

If you've not done so already matey, you'll probably have to register with the agency, sign a load of forms etc and then they'll give you more info on the job.

But, smart casual is probably the safest bet. Tuck your shirt in tho yah scruff :p

Probably best to go smart casual given the current weather - a suit is all well and good, but excess sweatage naever looks good.

Some casual chinos with an open necked smart shirt would do, along with smart shoes.

Everything should be clean and freshly pressed, obviously.
