Job application help

G'day my fellow postees. Im putting in an application as a 'Virgin Media Field Technician' this basically would have me going around peoples houses installing and fixing broadband, tv and telephone as far as I know. What im wondering is what type of things do you think they would be looking for on an application. I know this is pretty standard stuff but I havent done any applications recently

a driving license?

yeah i got a driving license and no criminal record. What about qualification wise? I have a Level 3 Electronics qualifications from swansea college, Done level 1 2 and 3. They say that full training is given so I guess you dont need much too get it?

name, contact adress, contact email and number, education history and grades, job history and responsabilities, hobbies, personal statement, references.

there are other bits you can throw in.

Your elecronics quals will give you a boost over other applicants, so make that quite prominent, maybe work it into your personal statement, they will be looking out for people with that kind of background as they will fit in a lot easier than a random guy.

Also any customer relations/support experience, even if its just fixing internet/IT issues for friends/family, and answering the phone in your current job.
