Job Application

This isn't really applicable to your situation, but in interviews or job applications always make your "weaknesses" actually strengths. For instance, say "I can be a little too methodical" or "I have a problem tolerating attitude problems in the workplace, for instance I am always on time and find it hard to understand why others feel they can stroll in late".

Have fun driving trains and remember to wear a suit obviously.

They rarely ask me these questions anymore, but I have a fear around public speaking so usually mention this, and how I looked for a chance to break it (a lot of training and consulting work)

The wrong kind of leaves.
The wrong kind of snow.
The wrong kind of wind.
The wrong kind of sunshine.
The wrong kind of passengers.
The wrong kind of sandwiches for lunch.
The wrong kind of socks.
