what can i expect for the telephone test and techical test??????

has anyone else had to do this before?

the telephone interview is always the first stage, they'll usually ask you what you've been doing in current job, and go through your cv, they may also ask you some technical questions. if you get through that then they will call you into a face to face interview.

for most it jobs now there is a written technical test, to see if you actually know anything about it etc. Just be honest, if you don't know something then don't waffle, just say i don't know. nothing worse than waffling..

good luck

i am trying to get a similar role and so a technicial test would be to test your knowledge. mostly likely how do you do this in blah blah windows. telephone test would be seeing how confident you are as you will be on the phone for a helpdesk kinda job pretty much all the time.
