Ok i've got an interview sometime next week for a General IT and Administration job in a University. I have never had a ICT related job interview before so just looking for some advice since this seems to be the right place to ask

Start the google fu on all things ict related and look at major IT / tech consulting employers to see what they offer, then research around this to build up a decent knowledge base / portfolio of skills you should have or can at least talk about.

Name drop OcUK a few times as this is sure to help.

Show some enthusiasm and general understanding of the subject but most of all you need to demonstrate an ability to learn and develop quickly even in subjects you are unfamiliar with.

Ask the interviewer if they are a member of this forum, if he says no, call him a computer noob.

But seriously, just prepare and relax and take your time with it.
