Awesome, a full time job at a 'I wish I could pay you less but it's illegal' level...

This Job works off the same generous, performance driven bonus scheme that I work with.
It is a great scheme and most importantly achievable. A candidate with the right attitude will see a big improvement over minimum wage.

It is product listing and general administration work. the bonus scheme makes this a very attractive prospect for someone already in this line of work.

You don't have much positive stuff to say recently Hyburnate

When I left college, my job was minimum wage, but it was a job I loved and gained skills from which made be able to apply for better skilled jobs within other companies and eventually move up the ladder.

Everyone starts somewhere, its a great job for the right person and a good starting point at getting into this industry.

Is it possible to update the jobs page on the shop site? Some of those roles are of interest but were listed quite a while ago.

I would have loved to apply for this, I work evenings though and they overlap. Best of luck to all of you who do apply. :)

Re-locate OcUK to Sussex and i'll apply :p

No jobs like this at-all down here... Been looking for ages... All too far away... :(

Alternatively, pay for my rent and i'll move close by :D

This. Although, I wish my first full time job had had a...

generous, performance driven bonus scheme

maybe I'd still be there ;)

In all seriousness, it is what you make of it. It's all good experience at the very least, and will probably be quite enjoyable for those who are in this field. If you go in with the mindset of "just a job, minimum wage, not happy" then you won't get the best out of it, as with any job. If you go in with a positive attitude, it's an entirely different ballgame.

The bonus structure could be decent to be fair...
True, but no evidence in the Original Post to say so, it would be good to say more about it :)

Again, from the original post, there wasn't much talk about it, how does it actually work? Is it from doing good work, or just getting lots done (quantity over quality)...

And about the last part, sorry if it's came off that way, however I don't mean it to, just general criticism and expressing my views. :)

I can see that...

GCSE English at A is pretty steep.

I have a C in language and an A in Literature, for example.

The language exams are stupid. How can you write a story in exam conditions? There's simply no time.

I missed this requirement.

Somehow I feel like a grade A in English and knowing crap loads about computer are conflicting goals.

Long hours for a starting job as well. I assume an hour for lunch but that's still a 42 and half hour week presumably all at basic pay?
