Its all going well. Im constantly checking the form thread and other threads around SA and the FB br-oup which ive noticed ive been putting the bar just abit high on my squats which im hoping to correct next session.
I have always been abit pants on my chest. Truth is that I haven't done much training alone. This is the first time Ive really done a routine with chest press in. Getting there though. Noticing abit of flab going on the old love handles and my shoulders rounding a little.
Feeling really good from it - Although im feeling i need to sleep earlier haha.
