Just wondering if anyone else is a fan of the Friends "spin-off" Joey.

Currently in it's second season in America.

I think it's superb myself, mainly down to how good Matt LeBlanc has got at playing the character and the talented production team (who all worked on friends IIRC).

I can't seem to find a time and day for the episodes over here yet, not really sure when/if it will be aired in the UK but season 1 was so I expect it to.
 
It sucks ass, its not friends. I think the chavvy sister ruins it for me

Frasier managed to be a spin off, but I am not quite sure why

I loved season 1, but havent seen any of season 2. the reason its not on tv is that its doing badly in amereica i think, so five arent showing it here yet.
 
Only seen a couple, but I thought they were pretty lame I'm afraid :(

I've certainly seen worse, but how can you follow Friends...

Laughter track + Knowing what the jokes going to be 6 minutes before they finish it = awful show.

Saying that, i watched the entire 1st season when i was ill. (was asleep for most of it though - flatmates DVD).

Hmmm cant say i enjoyed Joey tbh, the first series was quite dire if anything.

Personally i think Joey needs some of the friends cast in there, Joey himself isnt very funny but when the rest of clan is together he then excels...but this is all imho though.

His sister has some great norks albeit fake but still nice rack :p:D
 
Joey is a good show to watch while eating a pizza

its light humour, and you don't have to take it seriously

Its nothing like friends, and i don't think its trying to be either.
 
I enjoyed Joey quite a lot.

I was pleased to here they have signed up the full Friends cast for one or two Xmas specials. 3mil each i think they got for it.
 
I watch the show, it isn't as good as Friends but it is still good to pass the time. Joey's sister is hot....

I wonder how many incest references they had in the first season alone :O...
