John Balcerzak / Jeffrey Dahmer

I don’t usually show this much. I do worry what people think..but, I bought this from a source in the USA, it was one of many paintings John Wayne Gacy done on death row before his execution.

I guess we are all different and as a painting it's quite nice. But personally I wouldn't want that thing in my house due to the person who painted it.

It’s one of..it’s a variation, not exact same.

I do have a cut out on the back which features, painting info and also his signature. So I’m 99% it’s all legit.

Are you holding to trade it, no doubt it has some infamous worth and the idea it reflects some part of the strange motivation these killers have. Best theory Ive heard is they all suffer brain injuries primarily to the frontal area which governs behaviour, etc. non fatal but they lose track or recognition of humanity. Not a one off, some who suffer brain injuries become inspired and great artists (not Gacy) or even one guy became great at Maths; something to do with the left/right brain mix to cognitive thought.

No, holding on to it for now, I do think (which is a good thing) that serial killers won’t be as they once were, because of technology and mental health support, so owning this, (as Strange as it maybe), is a piece of unique history.
