John Terry... you rat!

You were being serious about the 'hit and run'? I thought you were taking the ****.

With all the people clambering around his car he most probably didn't have any idea he'd hit somebody so of course he's not going to stop.

He was aware of contact on his car according to a Chelsea spokesperson. Again nothing will come of it, but us mere mortals doing that would expect punishment.

I took that line as he was aware of photographers etc climbing all over the car to get a picture, not that he ran somebody over.

Again Baz, if me or you drove through a small crowd of people regardless of how slow we were going, knocked someone over who broke their leg, and later claimed 'but I didn't know' to the police, I don't reckon they'd tell you that's ok you didn't know, bye now. The lucky thing for Chelsea is that it was one of their employees. They even tried to say it was just heavy bruising despite the hospital saying otherwise.

If any of you have ever hung around after a game you'll know that it's extremely common for players cars to get mobbed by press and fans when they try to leave so people boouncing off a car at 1-2mph happens all the time.
Accidents do happen, even if it's JT involved.

I'm one of JT's biggest haters, even I don't think he did anything wrong.

You see it constantly around famous people, you get a mad rush of paperazzi surrounding a car, pushing against it, big mobs and what cars just have to stand still for 3 hours because photographers want them to. THe security guard is very unfortunate, he was trying to help out and pushing the moron's out of the way, they all deserved to get run over IMHO. But if theres up to 30-40people surrounding his car, he's slowing edging forwards at 1-2mph like hundreds of times before with flashes going off all around him, you really think its his fault he didn't see the guy?

It wasn't a guy in a road all on his own, after he hit him he would only have seen a group of 30 camera's all flashing in his rear mirror, its not like there was a single guy screaming in the middle of a quiet road easily seen.

I agree completely JG, it's the attitude that driving through people because they 'deserve it' that riled me.
