Come to fr4gz.co.uk office, which is an awesome server.
Used to be Lathwood 24/7 office, which after closing down migrated to fr4gz office, but the free server lease ran out a month or 2 ago and we are trying to build up the server again as many people having run off to other office servers. We are a big community and have loads of fun when we are on, also come on our TS channel.
Also our admins were chosen by the community over at www.fr4gz.co.uk, and the community pays for the servers out of our own pockets. Good servers too from honour-guard
There are some rules and restrictions:
- No awp, auto, auto shotty. We found this makes the kids camp even more, plus we have some players in the community who are far too handy with an awp.
- No CT camping in siderooms / garage (AFTER 1 MIN). Sideroom camping all round is petty and downright annoying. So cts are encouraged to go for the hossies after the timer ticks down past the 2 min mark, but covering their ass is still allowed.
- No gay sex, unless you do it quietly with the hossies in projector room.
O and btw my name is ARCTIC in game, so come on and have some fun.

That's the wrong attitude to take in my view, to use the awp well, requires skill, after all it the most heavy gun in the game and needs smart positional play. And I'm sure many people would not appreciate being called noobs for being good with an awp, especially since it is crucial in match/competitive play.
However having too many awps is not fun either, limiting to 2/3 per team would be enough imo.
EDIT!: Wow, just been on your public server for all of 5 minutes.
I came on, saw there were 2 admins on, both on CT. During the whole time I was there, they used admin chat alive or dead unnecessarily.
Then as office is a cs_map, I'd say 5 of T team were camping spawn (which they should be entitled to do, as the T's should be guarding the hossies NOT like de_map with bombsites). 2 CT's left one being admin (Jaymez I think), who decided rather than go in and shoot them decided to blind all remaining terrorists and go in and shoot them. Following round same happened, only one terrorist camping who got frozen - again easy pickings for CT admin sided team. During this whole time 1 person kept on getting kicked from the server, so I asked the admins why this was happening and they replied by telling me to shut up and used foul language, then saying I'll follow soon after and get kicked. Imo that is not right all, I asked again and promptly got kicked. I rejoined, the person who got kicked told me he had got kicked for saying that he called jaymez the worst admin he has come across (which tbh is true). i told the admins they were abusing their priviledges and I was soon after kicked and banned...
I can not stress enough how appalling your admins are, they seem very immature and ignorant. Which is a real shame as you have a populated server with a lot of potential, and these admins are quickly ruining it (whilst as I was there I saw a fair number of people leave who were disgusted).
This is a situation you can resolve easily, I can talk to via email/msn/vent/teamspeak if you like (come on our teamspeak if you want).
The clan I'm in has been around for 6 years so have plenty of experience and know how to handle admin priviledges. You could still allow the people to have admin but certain measures in place so that it can not be abused.
Normally I wouldn't go to these lengths to help out a clan that has just banned me, but since you're a member on here I'm willing to lay on some advice. I'm free to get in contact with you whenever.

I'm not talking mickey mouse matches either, matches with high stakes now reaching millions of $.

It takes a lot more skill to get a kill headshotting with the scout than it does hitting them anywhere in the body with the awp 
ugh, jumped on for 10 mins under the name nz^, called a hacker twice, oh and a ****sucker. Sounds do my absolute nut in, turn them off and they come back the next round, admins constantly using the plugins.
A well adminned server means the admins keep themselves to themselves and only intervene when somebody is upsetting the flow of the server, not constantly abusing the powers given to them by that awful plugin. Another thing, awp banned for being a noob cannon but not the auto shottie? wtf?

Theres so many poor admins as all members get free admin, im campaigning to the main admins to change that, but theyre reluctant.
I may put 1 AWP per team but i doubt it will last long as people will complain.

and everything to do with people being sore at getting shot without a chance to fight back. Whether it be camping with awp or camping with an Ak47 or whatever, people feel sore when they've not had a chance and shot with very little chance of doing anything about it.
trouble is you can't do much about campers, but you can with AWP, as people with sore asses just ban it. Its part of the game, just put up with it like you do camping, and think smart. A camper is allways going to have 1 weak spot, AWP or not.

oh restricted weapons is hilarious, and the amount of times people have mentioned the word "noob" in this thread is even more so.

Getting rid of flashbangs, oh lord how low can you get? although i did notice it was because of the "noobs" again, it must really suck being so bad you cant turn from a flash from a superior player.

Play a match and suddenly the enemy are steamrolling you because youre playing an entirely new game.
