This actually looks to deal with a lot more serious themes than I thought.

I didn't even realise it was actually set in nazi Germany, I assumed it was a modern day movie where the kid had Hitler as an imaginary friend.

Yeah, delighted to see Merchant in this, and Sam Rockwell too. Waititi just seems to do a great job with everything he works on, so fingers crossed for this as well.
