Just a quick upgrade question

I am currently downloading Microsoft flight and i noticed it will run with 2gig memory but recomended is 6 gig. I currently have 2x2gig pc2 6400 ocz memory on my gigabyte ep45 mobo and thinking of getting two more sticks of pc2 6400 to put in it bringing total to 8 gig. I am running win 7 64 bit. Before i splash out on 4 more gig of ram am i waisting my money in regards to better memory or mobo on the market now. My machine runs just fine as it is, so not wanting to upgrade just for the sake of it. just thought i would run it pass you guys as you are all knowledge

What for the game to finish downloading and see how it plays? DDR2 is a little expensive at £50 for 2X2GB.

If minimum is 2GB and you've got 4GB, it should run perfectly fine. As stulid says, see how it plays before spending any money!
