Just been tinted

The fronts won't be legal. No additional tinting on any window forward of the A pillar is legal. Looks good though.

The windows where factory tinted as standard but they where tinted green

£400 seems a bit steep, although i had mine done by a private bloke, for £150 i couldnt quibble :)

It is pricey but they are without a doubt one of the best in the country with awards and featured cars in max power , revs and many other magizines, There work is also gaurnteed (sp?) for a good few years

I had it done a huets steve , I had the fronts done aswell and it was £400 .

When I first saw it I thought maybe a little too dark, though side-on not too bad but I'd have still gone for something a little less dark though.

However now I've seen its cost £400 I'd have just stuck with how it was. :p

I've got light smoke on the front of mine, and they are a lot lighter than yours seem to be, although my rears are midnight black (20%) so its possible it just looks lighter.

Either way I would expect to get pulled with those. :(

Hey,

Im looking at tinting my 2 side and rear windows my self and buy the film off (pre cut) for around £20.

Is it really that hard to fit it yourself?

Tints on mine , got pulled over on M1 last week and he had a look around the car and never mentioned them, this pic makes them look darker than they actually are though

Don't do it. It will look pants!!!!

If you want it tinted, then get a pro to do it.

The excpetion is on something with flat glass such as a Land Rover Defender where you can remove the flat glass panels to apply the film.

I think it looks good myself, as long as it is legal thats all that matters.

Do they test it with a spectrometer when they fit the tints? The reason I ask is that surely a proper company would know the legalities..it wouldn't make good business sense to be fitting illegal tints on people's cars

Need to go a bit darker then. :p

Looks great with tints though. Kind of thinking about getting mine done. Do the tints make the interior look drab?

hardly notice them from the inside
