I just had the same thing come up. It says to call them or something. How did you guys get your code, did it display it on the website after? I think I'll just wait it out and see if it gets emailed.

I got mine instantly my mate did it 5 mins after me and got that message order has changed to complete though so just need to wait see if he gets a code.

You need to add a credit card during checkout otherwise it wont let you buy it for free even.

try typing the code in rather than copy pasting if you were doing that, I had that error first time.

where it says place order, to the left of that you have to put in your cvv number from your card - then hit "place order"
