I don't understand :S

I press 'download ->' and I put in ng1axe, and it says code is not available.

I don't have my personal code :S How did you get yours?

mine all went through, shipped. But no key. I emailed them but no reply.

I sent an email earlier today and mentioned the name of the person I spoke to yesterday, just received a reply now with my key, activated on and downloading from Steam right now, thanks for the heads up!

it was for £5 off of any order, meaning you got anything £5 and under for free. thats why everyone was going mental about it, and i'm going mental because i missed it (worst time to have man flu EVER)

Yeah, I cba ringing their 0845 number either, I tried the alternative from the website I don't think I'm allowed to mention and it just makes a long low sound for about 15 seconds before the call ends

Didn't think they'd take this long for them to get new keys, and if they'd decided not to honour the sales I thought they would have atleast e-mailed by now.

Edit - According to their live chat thing "No operators are available at this time. Operators may only be available during office hours. The time is currently 13:19:16.", what the hell do they call office hours?

I sent them an e-mail from the chat thing asking when keys would be sent out for people that bought JC2 with the £5 off code, just gotta wait and see what they say.

LOL I just phoned back, I was told by the manager ALL downloads are broken on site. They refunded me £5 to my card I used to register LOL, then they set me up an elite card and added £10 to that
