I believe I read that it's a global release (except parts of Asia that have to wait). Although, I can't find the source for that. An easy way to tell though is to edit the steam link with regional codes, it alters the timer for that timezone.

Hong Kong is always my go to for VPN unlocking. Either way, steam still says 22 hours.

Yeah I've tried looking at their forums on Steam but it's full of butthurt kids moaning because console chaps will get this at midnight and we have to wait etc etc.

Doubly butthurt because Germany and certain other countries already released it ahead of schedule. Some people have been playing it for days by now.

Already had this preloaded and when I logged into Steam this morning there was a small 100mb update for it. Presume this is the patch the devs are talking about when advising those territories who got the game early not to play it yet.
