and i dont even think it was my fault i only got 3 minors on the whole test but was on a roundabout and crossing lanes to get into the right lane where i want to go. i was in the middle lane moving over to the left lane when i taxi came out of this little taxis and buses road suddenly and nearly went into the back of me but i apparently "cut him up" so i failed :(

what do you think?

just don't let it get you down and book another test asap, you know your drivings good enough it was just bad luck and it wasn't your day

yeah, don't let it get to you. I failed first time out and it was a combo of bad luck and nervousness. Get a re-test booked asap.

keep cheking of a cancellation, i had to bring my test forward one month and kept checking online every 30mins and got one 6 days later. There were some sooner but i didn't want to bring it too far forward.

Nothing you can do about it but if you were indicating and changin lanes correctly i dont see how you could be accused of cutting him up in you were in the round about before him.

Either its a situation hard to explain or the examinier had already passed his quota for that week. :D

well i was already on the roundabout and he ust pulled out of his stupid taxi lane so wasnt my fault but i didnt see him in time apparntly maybe that was because i was looking where i was going

I love it when I read things like this. They don't have a "weekly quota". If you fail, its because you are not road worthy, end of story.

may have a point... it does sound like you have cut the taxi driver up tbh although i may be wrong. he cant of just pulled out of no where and if he did, its down to you to observe and avoid it.

Well dunno about thesedays but back when i passed there deffinately was some form of system going... certainly at my girlfriend's dad's test center. He always moaned about having to fail people towards the end of the month or he would get in trouble ( something about them wanting extra fee's to help get the funding at year end ). Maybe its changed or maybe it was just localised but i wouldnt put it past em to try and stiff people out of retest fee's.

it's really not
i know certain driving examiners who will ensure people fail, it might not be a weekly quota or whatever but there are times when drivers who should pass fail, not saying this is one of those and i definitely wasnt
although my 1st major was the examiners fault i then picked up another one very similar to the OP
it's odd how other drivers doing things can lead to you failing, there are some ridiculous examples - being crashed into, being carjacked - the claim is that it's because you havent handled the situation correctly

They're still not edited fully. I'm not trying to break your balls here I'm actually trying to save you from suspension because the rules are so strict.

I really hope something lame like this doesn't happen on my test  That'd make me so damn angry.

heres a very bad paint drawing. it shows im on his right so i get right of way. im moving into the lane on the outside and he just drives out just behind me into the middle lane but i "cut him up"

You are really not going to get far blaming other people for you failing your test. Part of driving is realizing there are plenty of dumbass drivers out there, and even if you are not making the mistakes you should still be alert to avoid them.
