Just found my first virus :(

Hi all,


Just did a nod32 scan and found my first ever virus:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\H@tKeysH@@k.DLL - Win32/Keylogger.HotKeysHook.A virus - deleted

Don't know how it got on here as I scan everything, should i change passwords as it was a keylogger?

Any help appriciated.
