Most third person games are **** with mouse+kb. I only use them for fps and rts games now.

A good game for using a controller is resident evil 5.

I paid £7.97 on clearance from PC World

The receiver is in short supply right now (and has been for a while) so this (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GC-001-MS&groupid=702&catid=288&subcat=351) is your best bet. Then just sell the controller.

IU personally have the wired edition. My last gamepad was wireless, and while very cool, it weighs a lot more and you have to recharge it. Plus with the 360 you need that receiver. Crazy price btw.

If you mean the mic for the 360 controller then yes you can. I use it for ventrillo.

ocuk service tbh, the advantage of not buying from enoumous retailer is that it is normally more personal, even if ocuk do hide it behind a formal online system

Yes, I have always been very impressed with the service here. Everytime I order something (ususally last minute and in a hurry) it has been shipped immediatly. It is one of the many things that keeps me coming back.

i tried to play dead space last night on the controller and you cant map the buttons? i couldnt stomp the boxes open so i turned the game off in disgust, any ideas anyone?
