DELIVERY SERVICE CHANGE

Good morning,

Thank you for your recent order with Overclockers UK.

I'm afraid that we have had a delay with our DX secure collection service and as a result any orders that were placed between Saturday 21st- Monday 23rd won't be arriving on Tuesday 24th as requested.

As a solution to this problem we are upgrading all of our pending DX secure orders to a DPD Next Day service free of charge. This will give a more reliable tracking service and better flexibility to our customers.

All orders should arrive at their specified delivery address' by Wednesday 25th January and another tracking email confirming this will be sent shortly.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that has been caused and we look forward to your custom in the future.

yeah i got it too, gutted cos now thats tomorrow screwed...
The depot is too far to collect.. :/

The only good thing about DX is that the Polish bird that delivers it is a little sex bomb.
 
About time to be honest if they are dropping them, lost count how many times ive had items delivered after 6pm, the latest they have delivered is 8:43pm lol granted at least someone is in, but at that time of night when a strange car parks up and a rough looking guy is at the door its odd.

(always delivered by people in cars and usually rough looking types)
 
DPD are absolutely amazing, my favourite courier. They always turn up within 5 minutes of the time stated in the text message, as well.
 
Agreed, get DPD back on full time they are much much better. Plus the guaranteed time slots they give you is so much better, no waiting in all day just in case!
 
Yup, really do prefer dpd. Just paid for dpd over royal mail for an sd card delivery, well worth it :)
 
DPD are great with their time slots. They’ve never missed a delivery and always come towards the beginning of the slot. It’s great to be able to plan your time around the slot.
 
Ive never had the option to pick time slots. How do i go about it seeing as my delivery is now tomorrow? im intrigued !

You don't get to choose your slot. However when you come to track your delivery it will give you a 2hr slot where it's due for delivery. Much better than the usual 'any time between 7am - 5pm'.
 
I was hugely disappointed by my first order shipped by DX last week, I had it shipped to work so that I knew someone would be in and it turned up an hour late so I had to stand outside the office in the rain waiting for them :(

DPD on the other hand are biblically epic
