DPD are absolutely amazing, my favourite courier. They always turn up within 5 minutes of the time stated in the text message, as well.

This, DPD are amazing (at least where I live).

Even over the Christmas period I got stuff bang on time!

Woo hoo, missed a delivery from DX Secure on Friday and since they have no depot and can only re-arrange I didn't get it till today. DPD are much better.

You know I purposefully paid extra for dpd to deliver an 8gb SD card for this reason. I don't trust royal mail at all anymore.

Why even go with DX in the first place? They are well known in various industries as being utterly useless, they are rarely used for legal post and such like anymore as a result. Very bad service seems systemtic with them.

DPD are great with their time slots. They’ve never missed a delivery and always come towards the beginning of the slot. It’s great to be able to plan your time around the slot.

DX are attrociously bad, never leave calling cards, nor understand the function of a doorbell, nothing i hate more than wasting an entire day indoors waiting for some uneducated idiot lol

DPD are very impressive. Their IT solutions are streets ahead of most national couriers. They don't move the volumes that some do, but they move them well. They are also very fussy about the sort of freight they accept onto their network.
