Just got my new pc! 2 minor problems need help please.

Surely OCUK legally have to change this if that is what he ordered, they cannot make him pay for it, what are they asking for payment for?
I take it he didnt customize it and swap the mobo to try and save a few ££
 
No I didnt customise it to save £
I ordered the Ultima Mosasaur with ssd and crossfire, just a diff case.
At the time the Mosasaur had the Asus P8P67 PRO Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard -
(Sandybridge) ** B3 REVISION **

I seem to have just the standard P867.

Anyway they have offered to collect it on Monday and put in a Gigabyte P67A-UD4 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard ** B3 REVISION ** for £15 difference.

Hope this will be sorted now and this motherboard is better.

because overclockers are being (insert explicative here)'s. the motherboard hobgoblin is going to get is £10 cheaper than the one he originally ordered, yet they are expecting him to pay £15 to 'cover the cost of it'

it is blatantly obvious that they are forcing him to pay the cost for the postage to cover for their own mistake, which is disgusting.

they also suggested hobgoblin should send the motherboard back only at one point, which is simply not an option, because that would mean disassembling the entire computer. if hobgoblin was willing to do that, im sure he would have bought the parts seperatly in the first place
