I'd be looking at RMA/Warranty options, take a video for evidence.

ive done a seach for sleeping dogs caused bsod and got this http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2903238

same BSOD code as mine, so im guessing its the game, every other game runs fine.

im going to start a thread in the overclocking section and ask for some guidance on overclocking my 8320 properly and get it stable while having a high overclock

I would be looking at your graphics card drivers before you start changing anything else, ATIKMDAG.sys is referencing your graphics card.

I would suggest a clean removal of the drivers and trying a different version.
