Hi there, I ordered components for a new build on Monday 3rd @ about 1pm worth around £600.

I wouldent normally be worried about an order from OCUK, but since i ordered, the stock levels have fluctuated a bit.

I ordered on monday @ 1pm, for next day shipping(for tuesday). All items were in stock. But after I checked out, I went to the item page for the processor and it showed it as out of stock.

Then this morning (tuesday), it showed my motherboard as out of stock. And the proessor showed "ETA: 07/3/08"

But NOW at time of posting, it's showing the motherboard as "1 in stock"

Where did this "Single" motherboard come from?, is it a returned one?

Also all through monday my order status was "Order printed... blah blah"

But today it's been showing "In our warehouse queue", Does this mean my items are in the warehouse, ready for shipping?

I'm just very excited about my new build

I hope this is the right place to post

Thanks!

Sounds like your stuff will be with you in 1 or 2 days. I wouldn't worry about stock quantities fluctuating, I imagine this happens all the time. They wouldn't send you a returned item :)

thanks for the quick reply guys.

Just sent a webnote. Could be a day before i get a reply.

SO Anybody else know what "In our warehouse queue" ACTUALLY means lol. It moved on from some "order printed...... blah"

Best give the shop a webnote if you're worried, but it wouldn't be a returned one.

I suspect either a small number came in, or someone changed their order, as has already been said eta's change, especially if a company gets multiple shipments a day from manufacturers/distributors.
Not being a shop guy I don't know if OCUK's system does it, but some online stores even have systems that automatically remove an item from being available to other people for a while once it's added to the shopping cart (one of the US DVD retailers I use reserves stuff for your basket for about 90 minutes once you add it, very handy as they do a lot of limited editions and clearance stocks for stuff going OOP)
