Just ordered the 2700X bundle, is my old PSU still ok?

Just ordered AMD Bundle - AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, Asus Strix X370-F, 16gb 3200mhz Team Group RAM.

I have a 1080ti which i picked up cheap recently and currently running with my old intel 2500k.

I have always bought Intel but price wise AMD is a better fit for me this time.

My question is will my old PSU Corsair TX 850W ATX SLI Compliant Power Supply (CMPSU-850TXUK)
still be ok?

Silly queston but dont want to get this bundle then realise i dont have the right connections etc and have to order more parts or a new PSU.

Probably about 5 years, have had no issues with it though.

Similar to me then. In all honesty, I don't know, however, I think it's likely that a majority of folk will err on the side of caution and suggest getting a new one.

See what others say before shelling out.

If it's 5 years old it would make a lot of sense to replace it at the same time IMO.

Look at the MTBF on it. There’s no reason to randomly replace things as suggested on here so often.
