just ordered this lot, opinions please

original quote was £2105 or there abouts, now its £1425, dont have the breakdown to hand but I send him superfi/richer prices and he's matched them :)

1080p on a 32" is overkill but money isnt really an object so I chose it because I could basically

the 14 remotes are for tonnes of stuff around my house, lights, air con, dvd, sky, few tellys etc... so i thought i could do away with them and just have one central unit (maybe units if i like it)

Its good that your price dropped. but i dont understand why people say things like you just did. You admitted its overkill, then said money was no object... personally my money woulda went on a less "overkill" tv, and better speakers/amp.

but i guess its all down to personal preferance.

Also, i wouldnt carry a harmony around my whole house, so i dont understand why id need to control a number of tvs. It would sit in one room and cover whats there :)

Agreed, same here really. You wouldn't notice the different between the Sammy I posted and the one you've bought. The cash you saved could have then gone on better audio equipment like Hedge said.

I'm glad the price went down though!
