Well I have taken the plung and signed up with Talk Talk.

Our BT phone bills have been 50% line rental charges, we haven't had a bill of over £75 in the past 18 months.

On top of this I was paying £30 per month for broadband.

We are now going to be paying £20.99 per month all in.

Anyway I will keep you updated on the progress of the order!
 
My talk talk phone line has been active since 19 feb and i cant fault it, used the phone a lot for landlines and my first bill came in at £10.79, part rental for last month and advance rental for this month :)

However my broadnand activation date was 1st march which has come and gone. Ive had nothing from taklk talk with my login details or anything.

Obviously im still online so im assuming im still on BT broadnand.
 
A colleauge at work is with TalkTalk, no problems with t'internet but they were charging him for calls that should've been free. He managed to get them to cancel the deal, the phone no longer works but he's still got a net connection and they aren't billing him!
 
I have been with Talk talk since september, and it is excellent no problems..

Did have my line drop for the first 2 -3 weeks, teething problems i hope though :p
