Just started getting loads of spam

Ive been spam free since moving to wanadoo a fw years ago, but i think i had some sort of spyware on my pc which ive now removed,
However im getting loads of spam emails from porn sites, i have a spam filter that moves all spam to a seperate folder but is there a way to stop the various sites sending me spam ?

i get those emails also, but i've given up on email spam filters.

don't use wanadoo for public email, the filtering sucks
and you are stuck with the same address = spammers heaven

get a gmail account, use it for ebay, banking etc
NEVER use it for anything else

get another gmail account, give that to your friends.
friends will forward on your email, so you will end up on a spam list anyway,
when you get the first spam, change addresses.

Heh, I had Wanadoo years back and I received other peoples emails, people with the name .williams would get sent to me and others with that, quite lame. Anyway I ended up getting access to someones Adultfinder account, I left as soon as I knew this though.

Basically when you login to your Wanadoo with say [email protected] (pretending that's your surname) check where the spam was sent to, you might find it was sent to "[email protected]" or for a test send an email to "[email protected]" and see if "[email protected]" gets it. Anyway that used to work with me and I could see Asda accounts, Paypal, Adultfinder the lot.
