Do they have a twitter account? Post a pic on there shaming them. I usually find this the fastest way of getting a response from a companies customer service team.

That's shocking, try their twitter if you haven't already. Currently finding most companies Social Media departments are more reactive than their actual dedicated email/phone routes.

its worth spamming Facebook and Twitter. Make an account just for that.
They will react so fast i bet...

I dont use Twitter for anything other than spamming Virgin Media and telling them somethings at fault. It works, its instant and they usually have a dedicated person checking up on their public image!

a friend of mine was telling me the other week that Tesco were doing a PS4 deal with 4 or 5 free games I forgot what the deal was but basically he was telling me that he was going into Tesco and getting the deal from there and taking the PS4 sealed with the games into CEX and getting MORE for it than he had paid in Tesco and when I say more if I remember what he was saying it was like +50 on what he paid for the deal at Tesco depending on what games you selected with the deal. He told me he managed to do this 3 or 4 times before they stopped him selling anymore.

Went in one the other day looking at 3ds games, the selection was crap and what they did have was all within a quid of the price new on Amazon.

I think it's getting use mostly from people buying with trade in credit who don't have actual money to spend on this sort of stuff.
