Just triple checking before I go for it.

@orbitalwalsh looks like all radeon cards since rx400 series and vega had 2 years only, can't see why the new cards will be any different, unfortunately.
hence why paying more than £400ish is silly.

no, but extra £30-40 lands extra years warranty - key for selling on etc . if gigabyte and asus are able to offer 3 yrs from entry models to flagship then no excuse with the others really.

be interesting to see boost results of triple fan 2.5 slot coolers to 2 fan 2 slot solutions

ahhh @Plec RGB RGB RGB RGB RGB RGB RGB!

It's been a long day and I've got a headache, I think I've taken your advise on board. He still want Nvidia so I've changed and dropped a few bits. How does this sound.

Same case , NZXT 510i
CPU , Ryzen 3700x & Stock cooler
GPU, MSI 2070 super
MOBO, MSI B450 pro carbon. ( If I can find one )
RAM, 2x 8gb Corsair vengeance 3600MHz
SSD Corsair 1tb M.2
HDD, Seagate Barracuda 2tb
PSU, EVGA supernova 650w
3 extra fans for front. The Arctic ones.

That lot comes to about £1450.. I've tried to config some on overclockers and can't get any the same to see how much prebuilt ones are ( I'm going to contact them to ask ). But I have seen one of the shelf with the same CPU, Asus 2070 super, with a 240 AiO, same Ram and storage in a Corsair case on a ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING mobo for £1550. Is it worth the extra £100 for of the shelf with the support and warranty you get.

Also. I don't want to do or ask anything dodgy but do people buy windows for £150 or whatever it costs. I thought you could just download it.

You can get the installer off of Microsoft's website then buy a grey market key for around 15 or 20 quid. You can also just not bother with a key and just ignore the watermark reminding you to activate
