Just won.....£430 from a casino

Ah well, got my £20 laddies bonus, and lost it all within half an hour

I decided that I couldn't be bothered playing through 2000 blackjack hands just for a possible £20. Also I thought that with playing through 2000 hands there may well be a small bad run, and I would end up losing the bonus all together. Imagine how annoyed you'd be if you'd staked about £1500 and then busted out :D

Instead decided to go with 3 card poker, which meant only £200 had to be staked to keep the bonus. Started off fairly well, but then got a bad run of about 15 hands, cutting the bank to about £8. Fluctuated around this level for a while. Then got impatient when I was losing hands with pairs, so 'lumped on' (a whole £1!) on pair plus a few times. 2 minutes later it was all over.

Never mind. Will do more research into 'proper' casino bonuses and then may decide to do blackjack the way it is meant to be played.

I've never done any major betting like that, the thought of wagering £5000 scares the life out of me! lol

most i've ever won was £40 @ a local bingo (1st time i went aswel!) & £25 on a scratchcard xmas last year

Works great. I'd have got bored of bonus bagging months ago if it wasn't for Casibot. Superb support and regularly updated too.

Well I have to thank Mulder, I am loving Casibot. Like I mentioned earlier I have been doing the casino rounds (initial/monthly) bonuses for around a year now and I have to admit it does get boring from time to time, the prospect of winning is great as I have only lost once (£100) and have won thousands all in all.

Anyway I tried Casibot for the first time today and wagered a whopping 6000 for 100 euros, admitidly not the most exciting of bonuses, I went into town did a bit of shopping, bought Thom Yorkes album on vinyl and came back to see I had won 230 euros profit. Excellent !! Having spent an hour on their site I have to say the support does look great.

I had it happen a few months back that I was £1800 into the 2000 wagering, and had a run where I went from 100+ to zero and didn't get the bonus. That said, the previous day I'd come away with £200 from another one, so I wasn't too bothered.

Like has already been said, if you can't face the thought of losing any amount of money, DO NOT do casino bonus bagging, as bad luck DOES happen.

If you want something with less risk involved, do Matched Betting instead. Anksta did a thread on it, search it up.

Three-Card Poker is much worse than Blackjack for bonuses - not so much because of house advantage (though it does have a higher house advantage) but because the variance is a lot greater than with BJ. Variance is enemy no. 1, and if you're only putting in £20 then you have a pretty good chance of busting out on 3CP.

Ok guys.

I need some advice:
I just signed up to Ladbrokes, and deposited £100.
Need to wager this x4 (so £400) in order to claim £100 bonus.
On blackjack, have to play £10 hands for this to count.

HOWEVER, after 6 hands of BJ, I already find myself £75 up, so although I have not yet wagered the 400 required for the bonus, I already stand at +75.

Is it worth playing on for the bonus, or should I just cash in now and run thanks to my lucky streak?

how are you £75 after playing 6 £10 hands? You staked more than £10 per hand?

You should bail now IMO. A losing streak is certain to follow, meaning you could end up losing a chunk of, if not all of your deposit. Is it worth risking your original £100 plus the £75 you've made for the sake of an extra possible £25. Common sense suggests no.

Pretty hard question to answer, depends on how lucky you feel! I'd be tempted to quit as you're quite close to the expected value of the bonus which will be £90-95, especially as with a £10 minimum bet you're quite lucky to bust out at some point. (I don't like how BeatingBonuses ranks this as the best bonus when it's much riskier than many others for new bonus baggers.)

Nah, doubled on a few hands, and got a BlackJack too.

Yeah, that's what I'm inclined to do I think.
Could easily have gone the other way, and I'd be close losing all my intial deposit and nowhere near the bonus. I'll chalk this one up to luck and move on to the next one I think.

If you feel happy with that then pull out.

However, mathematically you are still likely to come away with significantly more money than that. The offer is actually better now than it was before. You have less wagering to do and you start on +75. Therefore I'd go ahead with it.

you normally, with initial sign up bonus's at least REALLY need to read the fine print to make sure you know whats going on. With a lot or maybe even most sites you can't withdraw ANY money at all, your real deposite or the bonus, till the bonus wager is gone. So even if you are up now you may simply not be allowed to withdraw your cash, that £175(deposite + winnings so far - bonus) may well be locked until you go all the way through your wagering. They have to keep you there somehow. Variance, especially on a £10 a hand stake is fairly large and theres every chance you might be much further down by the time the bet is done. AFAIK aswell ladbrokes, for the £100 bonus is 4xB to get the bonus, but ANOTHER 4xb before you can withdraw it ;) so you'll need to wager £800's worth before you might be able to withdraw anything.

Ladbrokes, for anyone starting(like me) is pretty much not the way to go, and i wouldn't sign up for the £20 free chips no deposite because most likely you won't be eligible for the £100 deposite + matched bonus later on and £100 is pretty hefty to lose for £20 free chips. You need a little bit of a role before you want to tackle ladbrokes because of time limits on these things. Say there is a 14 day time limit from deposite to withdrawing your bonus, but you bust out. £100 deposit gone, £100 bonus waiting for you 90% of your wagering done. Does it make sense to put another £100 in? yes, the chance of losing all £100 with only 10% left of required wagering left is very small, meaning low risk to free up the bonus. But if you don't have some spare cash to stick in for that and you miss the time limit(if there is one, most have them, but not all), then you might forfeit everything because you have no spare cash.

Saying that though apparently some people have withdrawn the bonus + original cash from Ladbrokes after only the 4xB before the next 4xB was completed, but not everyone. Its probably not worth the risk as most stipulate that if you don't meet the wagering and try to withdraw it they will cancel the bonus so don't try to withdraw until you are sure you've done everything they state in the fine print just incase.

I started off with Bet365 and got a very bad run, I ended up being £10 down on deposit and bonus all gone with betting done. Might leave it in there, try and get a run and up that £20-30 or leave it for poker. Goldenpalace i've some way to go £8000 wagering £100 deposit £300 bonus, up about £40 at the moment to which would mean a £340 profit if it stayed that way.

Had a couple of hundred in casino at poker before. A guy I know is terrible though. Last week he won and then lost 1000 on roullete and a few years ago he made up to 3000 online poker, went all-in on a full house and lost :( silly boy

As far as I know I have 30 days to complete the wagering, have to double check though. So I may go back to it.

I think I'll see if I can turn a profit on a couple of others with lower a variance first. Already just over £30 up on BetFair last night too, thanks to a quidco sign-up bonus and a fairly safe bet on Rangers :)

Goldenpalace was another I was looking at - can you fund it by debit card, or do you have to go through some other service?
Also Gala looks good, £45 quidco sign up bonus + match initial deposit up to £100 by the look of it.

I can't see how they'd find out but just to be sure:

Can you run Casibot from a different location than the address you register with? I'm at uni at the moment and I'd rather just use my home address so I can keep the same address when I move back home and avoid any mail coming to my uni address after I leave.
