Yo all

Want to get a K800i due to its camera. My mate has one, and was really impressed with the image quality!

Any reasons I shouldnt get it? Going on a snowboarding hol in march so will take it with me for pics

Anyone know of any online, or highstreet places with a decent contract on this?

Do you already have a contract? If so you could consider seeing if they will upgrade you? The only thing(s) I don't really like about the K800i are that you don't get an included memory card, you need an M2 stick which is different to all the Memory Sticks before and secondly the slider for the camera can be a bit easy to flick accidentally, other than that it is a great phone. :)

You should probably say whether you talk more than you text and if you need data included if you want someone to find you a contract as well although I know little about them other than what I'm on. :)
 
Hi , Why not go with the Nokia N73. I heared the camera quality is brilliant and the phone is an all round best. Very big in gibraltar ;)

One with calls and a few txts would be good. Not fussed about data too much but any would be nice. In november am probably moving too europe / canada for a boarding season, so ITS would be good

my mate had a nokia, it kept crashing, when recieving a txt or a call! :p he swapped that for the cybershot.

thoughts on the N73 for reliability?
 
Hi ,Ive owned a Nokia since my 1st mobile, There the best on the market. The n73 has everything basicly , Check out the Nokia website ( I have the Nokia N91 And never crashed or anything) So Thumbs Up For Meeee

I've got the K800, very nice phone. The xenon flash (rather then LEDs) is a cool addition too.

Wouldn't go for the N73 myself, but that's just because I've heard the interface can be quite slow. DOn't think it looks quite as classy myself, either.
 
the only reason I can think of is when the fone is in your pocket, the camera lens cover tends to open. Other than that, the fone is very good. get the silver one on o2. ;)

i sold mine because of this, really did my nut in

went for a d900 instead
 
O2 Online are doing some good deals Free Phone & Free 1GB Memory Card on low usage contracts as well.
 
I got my k800i and 512mb memory not long ago from a place called chatterbox

T-Mobile contract (£35 a month) + free gift of xbox 360 with controller and game.


not bad....


sold the xbox straight away for £275 :D
 
well, if itd the camera you're after no point considering any thoer than a k800. Simply no hone on the market (yet) has a camera (flash) as good. Period.

stuck between the O2 online 35 ( https://shop.o2.co.uk/tariff/Online_35/Standard/12_months - comes with free 1gb card ) and at the carphonewarehouse ( http://shop.carphonewarehouse.com/pay-monthly/sony-ericsson/k800i/o2/ )

The one from the o2 shop works out at £420 for 12 months, but carphonewarehouse do an 18 month contract with the 1st 13 months half price, which works out at £402.50 (but no gb card)

in november i'm probably going abroad for 6 months ish, so the ITS on both would come in handy, but does anyone have any experience with it? how cheap are the calls etc?
