Hey up,

Please please please tell me im doing something wrong!!

I hope i am.

You can create your own folders to save texts in on the phone/mem stick cant you??? Please tell me you can and how

I can only save to a saved messages folder, which is stored on the sim!!

Not good, i get a lot of joke texts an such i like to keep. And dont like to keep them in the inbox.

Cheers

Erm nope you cant save them to the memory card.

The best alternative (that I can think of) is to use something like "Floats Mobile Agent" which I think is compatible with the K800i, and use that to save the messages to your PC

ahh man,

give me a nokia i say lol

/dons flame suit.

love the phone, but why oh why can they not allow you to create folders to organise ya texts.

It can hold a bloody lot! I've not emptied my in/outbox yet and I've had the phone since it came out :p

And why do people want to save text messages? Recent ones I can understand but for ages? And why don't you like them in your inbox?

Edit - d'oh re-read for first post :o Joke texts are **** anyway :p

hey up,

right i use my inbox like my email box on my pc.

i get sent a lot of jokes an such that i like to keep seperate.

I also like to structure things, i use my mobile for work related stuff also, which includes text, would like to keep personal and work seperate ;)

Thats one of the issues that I am having with my Samsung E900 at the moment, I didnt know that you couldnt save text messages to the memory card, so I have treated myself to a Nokia N93, well, I have pre-ordered it as onestopphoneshop have promised me that they are due to have stock of the phone any day now, maximum 5 working days.

Only been able to do it due to getting promoted at work as I only started an 18-month contract with orange nearly 3 months ago now, and this new one will be £35 a month that I wont use, but would be the same price as a SIM-free, so will give the 400 free mins a month to my girlfriend or something and then cancel the contract at the end of the term and just sell my E900 in the mean time to more than take care of the £104.99 handset price.
