Anyone know if the MSI k8n neo2 will run the amd opteron 165/170 & the 4400/4800?
Will I need to flash the bios?

I'm pretty sure that it will as other nForce 3 boards seem to run dual core just fine (mine is running an Opteron 185).

It's probably a good idea to flash to the latest BIOS anyway.
