I'm pretty sure that it will as other nForce 3 boards seem to run dual core just fine (mine is running an Opteron 185).

It's probably a good idea to flash to the latest BIOS anyway.

I just flashed it with the latest (1.d) ready for my opty 170 that I just bought for £75
